This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Organic Glyph ("we", "us", or "our") governing the use of any digital font software ("Font(s)") purchased, downloaded, or otherwise acquired through our website organicglyph.com.

By downloading, purchasing, or using our Fonts, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Upon purchase or free download, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Font(s) for the permitted uses outlined in this Agreement.

You may use the Fonts for:
• Personal and commercial design projects (e.g., branding, posters, print, social media).
• Embed the Fonts in static images (e.g., .jpg, .png, .pdf).

You may not:
• Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer the Fonts.
• Claim authorship of the Fonts.
• Distribute, resell, or share the Fonts with others.
• Embed the Fonts in apps, websites (as live text), eBooks, or devices without an extended license.
• Upload the Fonts to font-sharing platforms or marketplaces.
• Use the Fonts in any defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal materials.
• Use the Fonts in AI training datasets or machine learning models.
• Redistribute, resell, or modify the Fonts in any way.

All Fonts remain the intellectual property of Organic Glyph. This Agreement does not grant ownership, only a right to use under specific terms.

We may terminate this license at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Font(s) from your systems and backups.

The Fonts are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Fonts.

Where feasible, please credit the Font and creator. For example:
“[Font Name] by Organic Glyph — www.organicglyph.com”

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ecuador, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
